
Bisons Add INF Zach Lutz to Roster

The Buffalo Bisons today announced that INF ZACH LUTZ has been promoted to the Herd from Double-A Binghamton.
Lutz, 24, has hit .289 (65-225) with 14 doubles, 17 home runs and 42RBI in 61 games with the Binghamton Mets. He hit seven home runs in a seven-game stretch, July 27 - August 4 and his 17 home runs ranked tied for the B-Mets team lead with the 17 that Nick Evans hit before joining the Bisons.
Lutz was the Mets fifth round pick in the 2007 draft.
