Biscuits and BayBears Postponed

Montgomery Biscuits News Release


MONTGOMERY, AL - Due to inclement weather and unplayable grounds, Friday's scheduled game between the Biscuits (47-38) and Mobile BayBears (45-40) has been postponed. Two seven-inning games will be played on Saturday beginning at 6:05.

Rush of Fools, scheduled to perform after Friday's game, will hold a concert prior to the Friday, August 27th Biscuits game against the West Tenn Diamond Jaxx. Groups from Friday's game should contact their Biscuits sales representative for more information.

Also, Saturday's Montgomery Advertiser Autograph Day has been cancelled and will be rescheduled for a later date.

LHP David Newmann will throw against Mobile LHP Wade Miley in the first game Saturday, with RHP Jeremy Hall opposing RHP Bryan Henry in the capper.
