
'Birds-Braves Finale Cancelled for Rain

Delmarva Shorebirds News Release
SALISBURY, MD - Due to inclement weather, Tuesday night's Delmarva Shorebirds-Rome Braves game has been cancelled. It will not be made up, as the teams do not meet again this season.
Delmarva now has four home games remaining this season; the four-game series against the Hickory Crawdads begins on Monday, August 27.
After an off Wednesday, the Shorebirds head to Greensboro to begin a four-game series against the Grasshoppers on Thursday night. First pitch from First National Bank Field is set for 7:00 p.m., and pregame coverage begins on Fox Sports 960 AM and the MiLB First Pitch app at 6:45 with Will DeBoer on the call.
