For the fourth consecutive week, a member of the Potomac Nationals has been named a Carolina League Player of the Week. Potomac OF/1B Bill Rhinehart has been named the Carolina League Hitter of the Week for the week of July 26 through August 1. In just 19 at-bats, Rhinehart had eight hits which included a double and three home runs which produced 9 RBI.

Rhinehart started off his week with a bang: a massive Grand Slam at Wilmington on Monday. His other two homers came in Game Two of a Doubleheader with Frederick on Friday night. Both of the homers were two-run shots.

The last two weeks the Carolina League has named Tyler Moore it's hitter of the week. The week prior, Brad Peacock was named Pitcher of the Week.

Tonight Potomac starts a seven-game road trip in Lynchburg. First pitch is set for 7:05 p.m. with Trevor Holder taking the mound for the P-Nats.
