
Bill Hamid Withdraws from USMNT Camp with Injury

WASHINGTON (January 12, 2016) - Bill Hamid is withdrawing from the United States Men's National Team training camp in California from January 10 to February 6, 2016, after sustaining a knee injury prior to the start of camp.
Hamid is undergoing further evaluation to determine the extent of the injury and timetable for his return.
Hamid has two career appearances for the national team and in 2015, he was called into the national team three times for friendly matches against Mexico in April, against Costa Rica in October, and for 2018 World Cup Qualifying matches against St. Vincent and the Grenadines and Trinidad and Tobago in November. His most recent start came in a friendly against Ireland on Nov. 18, 2014.
