
Bill Dodge Auto Group Named Official Sponsor of 2011-12 Pirates Regular Season

Portland, ME - The Portland Pirates of the American Hockey League have announced that Bill Dodge Auto Group has been named the official sponsor of the 2011-12 Pirates Regular Season.
"The Portland Pirates have been a staple of the Southern Maine community for nearly two decades, and we are proud to announce the forming of a grand partnership with another staple of our community - Bill Dodge Auto Group," said Pirates Managing Owner/CEO Brian Petrovek. Petrovek, Pirates head coach Ray Edwards and defenseman Dean Arsene met with the media and Bill Dodge Auto Group staff on Monday afternoon at the Bill Dodge Auto Group headquarters in Westbrook, Maine to announce the relationship and speak on behalf of the organization. Bill Dodge Auto Group will also be the official sponsor of the Pirates 20th Anniversary Season in 2012-13.

The Pirates will open their 19th season of competition, presented by Bill Dodge Auto Group, on the road against the Bridgeport Sound Tigers on Saturday, October 8th at 7 p.m. The high-flying action will open at home for the 34th season of AHL action at the Cumberland County Civic Center, on Saturday, October 15th when the Manchester Monarchs visit in a 7 p.m. start, featuring a JobsinME.com Magnetic Schedule giveaway.
