Omaha Beef Football Head Coach Sandy Buda increased the 2004 Beef signings to twenty-four with the additions of one former player, Vong Xaykosy and two new players Doug Bargman and Tommy Aldana.

Xaykosy was a wide receiver in 2000, but will play corner this year. The former University of Nebraska at Omaha player is 5'9" - 196 lbs and runs 4.5 forty.

Bargman is a 6' – 185 lb wide receiver that caught 67 passes for 911 yards and 6 touchdowns at Dana College in 2003.

Aldana, a 6' – 195 lb quarterback played at Peru State where he rushed and passed for over 1,000 yards his junior year. He played at Peru State from 1998 – 2001 and was All Conference his sophomore and senior years.

The Beef continue to prepare for the exhibition game schedule for February 28th verses the Show Me Believers of St. Charles, Missouri.
