Beavers to Conduct Four Advanced Fall Clinics at PGE Park

PORTLAND, Ore. - The Portland Beavers will conduct a series of four, advanced baseball clinics during the fall at PGE Park, it was announced today. Instructed by former professional players and coaches, the one-day clinics will focus on the fundamentals of pitching and hitting.

The Beavers will hold hitting clinics on Saturday, Sept. 27 and Saturday, Nov. 15, and will run pitching clinics on Saturday, Oct. 11 and Saturday, Oct. 18. The specialized clinics are open to kids ages 10-17 and feature top-level coaching from experienced professionals. Each of the fall clinics run from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at PGE Park and costs $90.

The Beavers' fall clinic series will be led by former Beavers hitting coach and the club's head camps instructor Tommy Sandt, and former major league pitcher and Portland native Tom Gorman.
