Iowa Barnstormers News Release
DES MOINES - With temperatures approaching triple digits outside on what has turned out to be the hottest day of the summer, the Iowa Barnstormers would like to invite everyone inside Wells Fargo Arena, where game-time temperature for tonight's playoff game will be a comfortable 72 degrees. The Midwest Division Champion Iowa Barnstormers (13-4) host the Green bay Blizzard (11-6) in an af2 American Conference Semi-Final. Kick-off is scheduled for 7:05pm at Wellmark Blue Cross & Blue Shield Field.
Tickets for tonight's game have been selling well, however good seats still remain at all price levels, and will continue to be on sale through game-time. As always, the festivities begin with our pre-game tailgate party beginning at 4:30pm. Due to the extreme heat outside, the tailgate party has been moved inside of Veteran's Memorial Auditorium, located across the street from Wells Fargo Arena..
