Baysox, Phils Doubleheader Postponed

(Bowie, MD) - Due to unplayable field conditions caused by inclement weather, Wednesday's doubleheader between Bowie and Reading has been postponed. Game one, the resumption of Tuesday's suspended game will be played as the first game of a doubleheader on Thursday, June 4.

Gates will open at 5:30 and the suspended game will resume at 6:05 p.m. with two outs in the top of the second inning with Reading leading 1-0. The game will played through nine innings. The second game will be Thursday's regularly scheduled game, and it will be a seven-inning game in accordance with Minor League Baseball rules.

The make-up date and time for Wednesday's regularly scheduled game will be forthcoming.

Tickets for Wednesday's game may be exchanged for a ticket of equal value to any remaining 2008 regular season home game - NOT INCLUDING July 4th. Fans can present their ticket stubs at the Baysox Ticket Office on or before the game for which they would like to exchange the ticket for. Fans in catered level seating will receive best available seats in our Lower Reserved Seating Sections. Fans using Undated/Flex Pack tickets, must have ticket stubs validated at the Baysox Ticket Office before leaving the stadium on the postponed event date.
