MOBILE, Ala (May 12) - Prior to tonight's contest between the Mobile BayBears and Montgomery Biscuits at Hank Aaron Stadium, the Arizona Diamondbacks and the BayBears have made the following roster move. OF Gerardo Parra has been promoted to the Diamondbacks. He becomes the 97th BayBear to advance to the major leagues, the 5th to go straight from Mobile to Arizona, and the 3rd this week. Parra was promoted to the BayBears last June and hit .269 while stealing 16 bases. This year, Parra was leading the team with a .361 average and 7 stolen bases. He also smacked 3 home runs while driving in 12 and posted a .469 OBP. The BayBears now have 21 active players...
