BayBears & Generals Finale in Jackson Postponed Due to Rain

JACKSON, TN - Due to heavy rains, today's doubleheader between the Mobile BayBears (8-15) and the Jackson Generals (15-2) at The Ballpark at Jackson has been postponed.
With the series finale today rained out, the final game of the current series will be made up as part of a doubleheader when the Generals travel to Hank Aaron Stadium later this month. Jackson will face Mobile at "The Hank", Saturday, May 14 - Wednesday, May 18. The doubleheader is scheduled for Sunday at 2:05 p.m. Both contest will be seven innings with Game 2 starting after the conclusion of Game 1. Gates will open at 1:00 p.m.
Tickets for the Sunday afternoon doubleheader are good for both games and fans do NOT have to exit the stadium prior to the start of game two. They are encouraged to stay in the ballpark between games.
After an off-day on Tuesday, the BayBears look to return home to open up a five-game homestand against the Chattanooga Lookouts this week. The homestand runs from Wednesday, May 4 - Sunday, May 8.
Fans can purchase tickets to the games during the upcoming series against Chattanooga or any of the BayBears remaining 63 home games.
