Bossier-Shreveport Battle Wings News Release
BOSSIER CITY, LA (April 2, 2008)- The Bossier-Shreveport BattleWings have announced a Fan Bus for the BattleWings' game in Houston on April 12. The game marks the team's first road game of the season and interested fans can take a "road trip" to see the Wings in action.
"We all had a blast last year on the road trips to Little Rock and Tulsa," said Director of Ticketing, Carmen Fletcher. "Our Season Ticket Holders and Booster Club Members wanted to do it again, so we're off to Houston."
The entire cost is only $55 per person ($50 for Bombardiers Booster Club Members) and it includes round-trip transportation on a coach bus and a ticket to the game.
The bus will leave the CenturyTel Center on Saturday, April 12 at 1:00PM sharp and take fans directly to the arena just outside Houston in Katy, TX.
"The trip down is so much fun," said BattleWings fan Dot Stanley who made the trip to Little Rock last year (on her birthday). "And after beating the Twisters in the playoffs, the trip home was even that much more fun."
Space is very limited! If you want to make the Road Trip to see the Wings take on the Copperheads, call the BattleWings office at 746-8755 and get on the bus.
The BattleWings also have Fan Bus trips planned for May 3 to Tulsa and July 19 to Little Rock.
