
Bastian Schweinsteiger Named to MLS Team of the Week for Week 5

After putting in a Krakus Man of the Match worthy performance against the Portland Timbers on Saturday, Chicago Fire midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger has been named to the MLS Team of the Week for Week5.
Schweinsteiger put in a 90-minute shift as the team battled back to secure a 2-2 draw at Toyota Park. He was instrumental in the build up of both the Fire goals, earning a secondary assist on Nemanja Nikolic's opener before sending in the cross that Brandon Vincent headed home to level in the 84th minute.
