Barrie Colts News Release
As the Barrie Colts Summer Hockey School looks to kick off once again in July, we received a great testimonial explaining how the camp has paid off.
Here's a testimonial from Sandra Brown, Mother of Thomas Brown who has attended the Barrie Colts Hockey School for a long time now.
7 years ago when my son was 10 years old he started attending Todd Millers Barrie Colts Hockey School
At that time Thomas played DD Rep Hockey, he had a great passion for his hockey and worked hard at becoming a great goaltender. Thomas has attended Barrie Colts summer camp every year since then and was selected to play in the Showcase Camp in 2016 and 2017
Mike Rosati ( formerly with Barrie Colts ) has been Thomas' goalie coach for the past 3 years. Thomas will be returning to Canada for camp as he has been selected for Showcase 2018.
Thomas has won several championships including 2 OMHAs, as well as competing in an international AAA tournament in 2016 in Toronto becoming tournament champions
We moved to the UK in the summer of 2017
Thomas finished 2017-2018 season U20s as the #1 goaltender in England
He trialed and was chosen to play for England U19s , playing in Bratislava against the U18 Romanian team. My son was also selected to play for the Frank Demoster Memorial Bowl Cup England v Scotland U19 international in May 2018.
Thomas would not be the Goaltender he is today without the support and training he has received from Todd Miller and the Barrie Colts Hockey School
If you're interested in joining the Barrie Colts Hockey School, there is still some time left.
