
Barrett Kleinknecht Joins Coaching Staff

Rome Emperors News Release
Rome, GA - The Rome Braves announce that Barrett Kleinknecht joins the coaching staff replacing Jose Yepez who is now the bullpen catcher for the Atlanta Braves. Kleinknecht played in the Braves organization starting in 2010 in Danville and ending last season in Gwinnett. He played in Rome parts of the 2010 and 2011 seasons.
Kleinknecht is now the third former Rome player to return as a coach or manager joining Jonathan Schuerholz (Mgr. 2014), and Dan Meyer (current pitching coach).
