Barons Camp Continues Tomorrow

Oklahoma City - The Oklahoma City Barons training camp continues tomorrow morning at the Cox Convention Center at 9:30 a.m.

The entire group of camp attendees has been split into two groups: Team White and Team Blue. Team Blue will take the ice at 9:30 a.m. for a brief practice. At 10:15 a.m., Team White will hit the ice and they will participate in a scrimmage with Team Blue. Following the scrimmage, Team White will have a short practice. Players from Team Blue will be available after the scrimmage, while Team White will be available after their short practice.

Several players assigned to Oklahoma City on Monday will be at practice tomorrow morning. They include defensemen Alex Plante and Ryan Lowery along with forwards Chris VandeVelde, Tanner House and Tyler Pitlick.

The Barons will skate Friday in a preseason game against the Houston Aeros at 7 p.m. at the Cox Convention Center. Tickets for the game are $10 and all seating is general admission. Barons Season Seat Holders have the ticket for that game included in their Season Ticket Books.

The preseason game will be broadcast on the Barons flagship station, 96.1 KXY. Fans may watch the game via AHL Live for their regular single-game price of $6.99. The game will also be available online via KXY's website.

The Barons home opener is just 16 days away. Oklahoma City opens the season October 15 at the Cox Convention Center against the Texas Stars at 7 p.m. The Barons offer a range of ticketing options from full Season Seat packages, 21-game packages, 11-game and seven-game packs.
