Barnstormers Kickoff 2016 Season in Colorado

DES MOINES, IA. - The Iowa Barnstormers will head to Loveland, Colorado to kick off the 2016 Indoor Football League (IFL) season on Saturday, February 20, 2016 in a road game versus the Colorado Crush. Kickoff is set for 8:00 p.m. CST at the Budweiser Events Center.
The Iowa Barnstormers will face off against the Colorado Crush on February 20. This season opening matchup marks the first time the two teams will meet.
Returning to the Barnstormers roster are key players including 2015 First All-IFL linebacker Javicz Jones and Second All-IFL wide receiver Brady Roland. Also returning to the Barnstormers roster is veteran defensive back and former Iowa State Cyclone Ter'Ran Benton. New to the team veteran quarterback Donovan Porterie and former University of Iowa Hawkeye Lebron Daniel look to make an impact on the 2016 season.
The Barnstormers will return to Wells Fargo Arena on Friday, February 26, 2016 for their home opener where they will take on the Green Bay Blizzard. Kickoff is set for 7:05 p.m. The game will feature happy hour drink specials through the first quarter. The first 1,000 fans at the game will receive a schedule poster.
