Lancaster Stormers News Release

On the heels of the Clipper Magazine Stadium groundbreaking in late April, the Lancaster Barnstormers have recently added two individuals to their front office staff. Vince Bulik has been named Director of Corporate Partnerships, while Andy Frankel becomes the Director of Public Affairs for the club, which will begin play next May.

"With the addition of Vince and Andy to our staff, we are truly off and running as we gear up for Opening Day in Lancaster next May," said Keystone Baseball President Jon Danos. "Vince has tremendous experience in getting minor league baseball clubs off the ground and brings valuable partnership skills to the table. Having worked with Andy previously, I know he will be a tremendous asset as we look to develop an identity and increase our presence in Lancaster County."

Bulik, 37, will be responsible for corporate sales and new business development for the Barnstormers. The Harrisburg native was the Director of Marketing and Sales for the Brooklyn Cyclones, from their inception in the fall of 2000, until July 2003. He also served as the Director of Ticket Operations for the Harrisburg Senators from their start in 1987, until 1990. Bulik graduated with a B.S. in business from Lebanon Valley College in 1988 and currently resides in York, PA with his wife, Beth, and two children, Nicholas (3) and Samantha (1).

Frankel, 28, will oversee the club's public and media relations, marketing and community efforts. He was the Director of Communications for the Bowie Baysox Baseball Club from 2001-2004, working under Danos for most of that time. He began his time there as an intern in 2000, after graduating with a B.A. in journalism from the University of Maryland in 1999. The native of Pittsburgh, PA currently resides in Lancaster.

Both Bulik and Frankel will be based in Lancaster, but will also be involved with Keystone Baseball's other entities, including the Camden RiverSharks and York franchise.

Keystone State Professional Baseball, through its predecessors, affiliates and principals, has been a leader in Minor League Baseball since 1982. Keystone Baseball has owned and operated its own minor league teams - including three affiliates of the Baltimore Orioles - managed teams for others, assisted in the sale and purchase of teams, and advised and consulted with clients worldwide. Through its strong relationship with Major League Baseball, Keystone Baseball has operated spring training facilities, provided field maintenance services at the Summer Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia, and operated the Maryland Fall league. Keystone Baseball is currently preparing to open two new teams in Lancaster and York, PA and also has partial ownership of the Camden RiverSharks in the Atlantic League.
