B-Sens Release Forward Brandon Svendsen

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators announced today that they have released forward Brandon Svendsen from his professional try-out contract.

Svendsen, 26, has appeared in five games since signing with the B-Sens on Dec. 15. He has recorded one point (an assist) and two penalty minutes.

The 5-10, 184-pound left wing will rejoin the Kalamazoo Wings of the ECHL, where has recorded 10 goals and 17 assists for 27 points in 24 games.

The B-Sens are in action tonight as they travel to Syracuse to face the Crunch at 7:30 p.m. Fans can tune into the game live on "Binghamton's Classic Hits" BIG 107.5 (WBBI-FM). Voice of the B-Sens, Grady Whittenburg will have the call beginning 30 minutes before game time as he hosts Countdown to Faceoff.
