B-Sens Reduce Training Camp Roster by Three

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators announced today that the team has reduced the training camp roster by three players.

Defensemen Matt Campanale and Jimmy Martin, and forward Dustin Gazley have been released. Campanale, Gazley and Martin are expected to join the B-Sens ECHL affiliate Elmira Jackals for training camp.

The B-Sens training camp roster now stands at 34 players:

Goaltenders: Marc Cheverie, Scott Greenham, Nathan Lawson, Robin Lehner

Defensemen: Andre Benoit, Ben Blood, Mark Borowiecki, Fredrik Claesson, Jared Cowen, Tyler Eckford, Eric Gryba, Danny New, Chris Wideman, Patrick Wiercioch

Forwards: Pat Cannone, Louie Caporusso, Corey Cowick, Jakub Culek, Stephane Da Costa, Jack Downing, David Dziurzynski, Derek Grant, Wacey Hamilton, Mike Hoffman, Hugh Jessiman, Darren Kramer, Jean-Gabriel Pageau, Brad Peltz, Andre Petersson, Shane Prince, Cole Schneider, Jakob Silfverberg, Mark Stone, Mika Zibanejad

The Binghamton Senators continue the preseason tonight at 7 p.m. as they travel to Hershey to face the Bears. Grady Whittenburg will have the call live from the Giant Center on "Binghamton's Classic Hits" BIG 107.5 (WBBI-FM) and TEAM 1200, beginning at 6:45 p.m.
