5,000 Blades fans are already planning on coming to Friday's game between the Portland Winterhawks and the Saskatoon Blades, in what is expected to be one of the largest crowds for a Blades home game in recent years.
The Blades will be celebrating the upcoming Professional Bull Riding Championship Finals with special promotions and by wearing denim-jacket themed jerseys, which have been grabbing the attention of hockey fans all across North America. Fans will be treated to celebrity special guest appearances by Gene Simmons and Shannon Tweed, as well as PBR's Aaron Roy.
Plenty of great seats are still available in both the lower bowl and the upper levels. Tickets are available through Ticket Master ((306) 938-7800 or www.ticketmaster.ca). Doors will open for this game at 5:30 pm. Puck drops at 7:05 pm.
