
Atlanta Vision finishes at 91 against Florida Pitbulls at 97

ATLANTA, GA- The Atlanta Vision, led by leading scorer Cedric McGinnis with 21 points. The team wowed fans in a night of exciting basketball skill, giveaways and halftime entertainment. Hundreds were in for a treat as the night started out with the national anthem performed by 20 year old upcoming r & b artist, Shannon Linville.
Ending the first quarter in a five point lead, the Vision Dance team threw giveaways from SCION, 680 The Fan (official radio station) and Atlanta Vision prizes.
The excitement continued, during the 'Amerisuites Old School Halftime Shootout," as the young at heart competed in a free-throw contest to win a two night stay at the Amersuites Hotel located in the heart of Lithonia. Winner, Iesha Stewart stated, 'I am a hardcore basketball fan and I will continue to support the Atlanta Vision."
Advancing into the second half of the game, the Florida Pitbulls coached by NBA legend Tim Hardaway, led by 11 points, with the assistance of leading scorer Marcus Barnes with 39 points.
Malik Hall, an 11 year 6th grader at Citygrove Middle school participated in and won the Vision Kid award, I'm a fan of the Miami Heat, but I love the Atlanta Vision."
'Take advantage of live, affordable basketball action, make it an Atlanta Vision night for the whole family," exclaimed Atlanta Vision owners Quentin and Akilah Townsend.
Don't miss the next two games of the triple header weekend, featuring Tim Hardaway in Saturday's game at 7:35 p.m. Fans may participate in an autograph session with two great NBA legends, Dennis '3D" Scott and Tim 'Crossover King" Hardaway immediately following Saturday's game.
