ATLANTA - Atlanta United 2 today announced the signing of midfielder Tristan Trager.
Trager, 22, was a second-round selection for Atlanta United in the 2022 MLS SuperDraft after a prolific collegiate career at U.S. Air Force Academy. Making the decision to finish out his senior year, Trager joins the club after graduating from the academy on May 25.
In his tenure for the Falcons, no Air Force player tallied more goals, assists or points than the San Clemente, California native. Trager was named Offensive Player of the Year for the Western Athletic Conference and First Team All-WAC for the 2021-22 season.
The 2022 USL Championship season continues on June 1 with a match against Rio Grande Valley FC at Fifth Third Bank Stadium in Kennesaw, Georgia.
