San Antonio FC News Release
SAN ANTONIO - San Antonio FC forward Justin Dhillon and defender Mitchell Taintor have been named to the USL Championship Team of the Week, the league announced today.
Dhillon scored twice to mark the first brace this season by an SAFC player, and bringing the forward into a tie with Taintor and Elliot Collier for the team lead in goals with four. Dhillon's second score proved to be the difference, coming in the 87th minute of the 3-2 win.
Taintor scored his fourth goal of the season to make it two straight matches with a score, while contributing another strong defensive effort. Taintor made three tackles and five clearances to go with two interceptions.
