Wausau, WIS- Athletic Park, home of the Wisconsin Woodchucks, is in the final round of voting in the Ballpark Digest's Best of the Ballparks: Summer Collegiate Competition.
Athletic Park was one of 64 summer collegiate ballparks selected for the competition by Ballpark Digest and has made it through 4 rounds of voting, beating Wade Stadium, Warner Park, Witter Field and Buck Hardee Field to make it to the finals. In the final round Athletic Park is pitted against Kokomo Municipal Stadium, home of the Kokomo Jackrabbits.
To submit your vote for Athletic Park visit ballparkdigest.com and click on the link for Best of the Ballparks: Summer Collegiate Finals. Voting will run until 10:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 28. The winner of the Best of Ballparks: Summer Collegiate competition will be announced on Wednesday, June 29.
