
Argos Acquire DL Eric Striker Via Trade with Saskatchewan

TORONTO - The Toronto Argonauts have acquired International DL Eric Striker in a trade with the Saskatchewan Roughriders in exchange for a player on Toronto's negotiation list.
Striker signed with the Riders in April of this year and played in one game this season, totaling two defensive tackles against Toronto in Week 1. The 5'11, 230-pound native of Tampa, Florida spent four seasons at the University of Oklahoma (2012-15) where he recorded 118 solo tackles, 45 tackles for loss, 22.5 sacks, four fumble recoveries, two forced fumbles and one interception for the Sooners. He was also named first-team All-Big 12 twice and a two-time Associated Press All-American.
