The Texas Rangers have made the following roster moves that impact the RoughRiders:
+ LHP Josh Smith has been transferred to Frisco from Arizona
- RHP Ricky DeVito has been transferred to Arizona from Frisco
Smith will wear No. 23. The RoughRiders roster now sits at 28 active players.
