Andrew Harris Named Shaw CFL Top Performer for Month of July

WINNIPEG, MB. - Winnipeg Blue Bombers running back Andrew Harris had an outstanding July, with three consecutive games of 100+ rushing yards, and has been named a Shaw CFL Top Performer for the month.

Harris, who is on pace for another 1000+ yard season, scored five touchdowns in four games in July (four rushing, one receiving). He leads the league in rushing yards with 638, and also leads the league in long runs, with four rushes of 20+ yards.

The nine-year CFL veteran led Winnipeg to three wins in July. He reached a career-best 177 cumulative offensive yards in Week 6's contest against the Toronto Argonauts, scoring two touchdowns along the way.

The Winnipeg native sits second on the all-time list of National running backs with 6,906 career rushing yards.

Harris was named a Shaw CFL Top Performer in Week 6.
