Sinopoli Named CFL Player of the Month for July

OTTAWA-GATINEAU - The Canadian Football League announced Wednesday that REDBLACKS receiver Brad Sinopoli has been named one of the CFL's Shaw Top Performers of the Month for July.

Sinopoli has had the best start to a season he's ever had in the CFL. This month alone, he has put up 438 receiving yards on 35 receptions, averaging 12.5 yards per reception and adding two touchdowns to that tally.

Sinopoli had a pair of monster games during the course of July, including a 148-yard game in Montreal as well as a 171-yard performance at home in a crucial win against BC.

The REDBLACKS' number 88 was named a Shaw Top Performer of the Week twice during the month of July in month to remember for the star Canadian. In addition to his total yards, Sinopoli also leads the league in yards after the catch (YAC) with 227.

Duke Williams, WR, Edmonton

Brad Sinopoli, WR, Ottawa

Sinopoli and the REDBLACKS will start their August schedule on Thursday, as they visit the Toronto Argonauts at BMO Field.
