Americans Open Three Game Series in Rapid City

Rapid City, South Dakota - The Allen Americans are in the Black Hills for three games this week against the Rapid City Rush. Puck drop tonight from the Rushmore Civic Center is at 7:35 pm CST.
The Americans are 2-1-0 on their current six game road trip.
Allen won the last contest 3-2 over Quad City on Saturday night. Chad Costello and Gary Steffes extended their goal scoring streak to three games. Costello has points in six straight.
Rapid City comes into tonight's game riding a hot-streak.
The Rush are 7-1-2 in their last 10 games, including a 3-0 shutout over the Missouri Mavericks on Sunday. Rapid City has a bit of an Allen flavor with three players from last season's championship team on their roster; Kale Kerbashian, Daniel Tetrault and Dallas Ehrhardt have all played a part in Rapid City's' success this season. Tetrault is currently out of the lineup right now with a lower body injury.
Tyler Ludwig who missed the last few games for Allen due to the birth of his second child is expected back in the lineup tonight. Riley Gill who sat out of Saturday night's game should be back between the pipes tonight for the Americans.
