Calgary, AB - Vegas Golden Knights prospect Dylan Coghlan recorded three assists to lead the Tri-City Americans past the Calgary Hitmen 4-3 on Wednesday night at the Scotiabank Saddledome.

Special teams played a major role with Tri-City scoring twice with the man advantage and once shorthanded while killing all six Calgary power play chances.

Jake Bean, Michael Rasmussen, Jordan Topping and Parker AuCoin provided goals for the Americans.

Luke Coleman (1g, 1a), Dakota Krebs and Tristen Nielsen replied for the Hitmen who outshot Tri-City 39-25.

Calgary, now 1-1 on their season-high seven-game home stand, is back in the 'Dome on Sunday, Feb. 18 against the Saskatoon Blades. Game time is 2:00 p.m. for another Sunday Funday with face painters, concourse activities, lots of giveaways and a post-game family skate that is FREE with a game ticket.

Sunday Funday contests also feature a specially priced $8.99 ticket (plus applicable fees) for kids 12 and under. The home stand will also see the Hitmen host Red Deer (Feb. 21), Edmonton (Feb. 23), Brandon (Feb. 25) and Swift Current (Feb. 27).
