Americans, Brahmas Announce Preseason Games

ALLEN, Texas - The Allen Americans, the Dallas Stars' CHL affiliate, announced today that they will host a preseason game against the cross town rival and 2009 CHL Champion Texas Brahmas Thursday, Oct. 8, at the Allen Event Center beginning at 7:05 p.m.
The contest will take place on the Allen Community Ice Rink, while the main ice is getting final touches in preparation for the home opener Nov. 7. The preseason game will be closed to the public but open to all media members.
The club will then travel to NYTEX Sports Centre in North Richland Hills Oct. 10 to take on the Brahmas at 7:05 p.m.
