AMERICAN HOCKEY LEAGUE ANNOUNCES SUSPENSIONS

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - The American Hockey League today announced that Tucson Roadrunners forward Conor Garland has been suspended two (2) games as a consequence of a cross-checking incident, and San Diego Gulls forward Michael Liambas has been suspended for one (1) game as a consequence of an elbowing incident, both occurring in a game between their teams at San Diego on Nov. 17.

Both players were suspended under the provisions of AHL Rule 28.1 (supplementary discipline).

Garland will miss Tucson's games Wednesday (Nov. 22) vs. San Diego and Friday (Nov. 24) vs. Stockton.

Liambas will miss San Diego's game Wednesday (Nov. 22) at Tucson.
