Sioux Falls 12, Lincoln 4

DH Mark Shorey went 3-5 with three doubles and two RBIs to help lift Sioux Falls over Lincoln. The Sioux Falls offense exploded to the tune of 12 runs on 19 hits to put away the Saltdogs. Tim Brown picked up the loss for giving up six runs in just four innings of work, while Ben Moore got the win for Sioux Falls. Moore struck out five batters and only allowed one earned run in six innings on the mound. CF Reggie Abercrombie hit his first home run of the season in the bottom of the fourth inning in the win. CF Blake Gailen was 3-4 for Lincoln and had a two-RBI triple in the top of the fourth.

Fargo-Moorhead 10, Gary SouthShore 0

Pitchers Scott Fogelson, Alex Caldera and Nick Di Napoli combined to pitch a three-hit shutout as Fargo-Moorhead routed Gary SouthShore. Each pitcher gave up just one hit and combined for ten strikeouts. Fargo-Moorhead outhit the RailCats 15-3. Catcher Phil Britton was 3-5 with four RBIs and hit his second home run of the season. Jack Frawley was given the loss as he was shelled for seven runs on 10 hits in five innings.

Winnipeg at St. Paul (Postponed - Rain)

The game scheduled between Winnipeg and St. Paul was postponed due to rain. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Monday, July 11.
