
Amarillo Sox mascot to be introduced during game on Friday, June 24

AMARILLO, TX - The Amarillo Sox announced today that they will unveil the new team mascot during the Sox game on Friday, June 24 against the Shreveport-Bossier Captains when they begin a three-game series at 7:05pm.
The as-of-yet unnamed mascot will make its first appearance prior to the game and will entertain fans throughout that night's game. The mascot's name will be announced during its introduction on Friday.

The 17-18 Sox, following a Monday off day, Amarillo will travel to El Paso to take on the Diablos for the opening game of a three-game set at 8:05pm. The game can be heard by visiting www.diablos.com. Game time is tentative and is subject to blackout.
