Series Record: 3rd Meeting, Arkansas leads 2-0
Streaks: Twisters W1, Dusters W1
Coaches: John Gregory, Arkansas Twisters
Steve Perdue, Amarillo Dusters

THE STAKES: The Dusters captured their first win of the 2006 season by upsetting the Oklahoma City Yard Dawgz 58-56 at the Ford Center on Saturday night. The Dusters seek to rebound against the Arkansas Twisters, who handed the Dusters an embarrassing 58-20 loss in the season opener. The Twisters look to improve on their 4-1 record.

COACH PERDUE'S THOUGHTS ON ARKANSAS:
"The Twisters are one of the best teams in this league, and they have one of the innovators of arena football in Coach Gregory leading them. They are loaded with veteran players on their roster, and their experience showed in our first game against them. We've come a long, long way since that first game. We knew we had the talent, it just took us a few weeks to really learn how to win a game. We beat the second-ranked team on their home turf, and we feel like we are on track now to really show the league what kind of team we are capable of being. We have so many areas that still need improvement, but these guys can step out on the field on Saturday night against the Twisters and not have stars in their eyes."

'AIR CANADA' REMAINS UNBLEMISHED:
Dusters' QB Steve Panella has 150 pass attempts in four games this season, and has yet to throw an interception.

KEY MATCHUP: LINE PLAY
The biggest key to Saturday night's matchup will be the play up front for the Dusters and Twisters. The Twisters lead af2 with 21 sacks through 5 games played. In week 2, the Twisters sacked Steve Panella 3 times, en route to a 58-20 victory. In the three games since then, the Dusters have allowed only 2 sacks. Meanwhile, the Dusters have amassed only 2 sacks this season. Walt Church's veteran experience will play a factor, and the Dusters look to pressure him into making poor throws. Thus far through 5 games, Church has only been sacked 5 times. He has thrown 7 interceptions this season on 163 pass attempts.

LOOKING TO MAKE HISTORY
Arkansas WR/DB KEVIN WILLIAMS is the only active player in the af2 with over 700 career points scored. He upped his current total to 760 with a three-touchdown performance this past Saturday in the Twisters' 62-56 win against Tennessee Valley. His recent effort vaulted him past Cainon Lamb into second place on the all-time scoring list. Former Tulsa star MITCH ALLNER owns the all-time top mark with 780 points.
