
Als Open Their Doors To Fans For Training Camp Opener

Montreal, June 1, 2010 - Nothing in sports is tougher than staying on top, and that's exactly what the 2009 Grey Cup Champion Montreal Alouettes will try to do in 2010. The defence of their title will start as of June 6 with the opening of training camp presented by CN at the Bishop's University campus in Sherbrooke.
Come see your favourite players' first practice as they prepare for a great season! Following practice, fans will be able to mingle with the players, coaches and cheerleaders, get autographs, and enjoy a picnic on the beautiful Bishop's campus - a great experience for the whole family!
Fans are welcome onsite as of 10 a.m. to experience the intensity of a live practice - the first of the season for the Alouettes. They will then be able to meet their champions at the same place.
The Alouettes' training camp runs through June 18 at Bishop's University and fans are welcome to stop by every day.
Pre-season tickets available The Alouettes will play two pre-season games during camp, first visiting the Blue Bombers at Winnipeg's Canad Inns Stadium on June 13 and then hosting the Toronto Argonauts on June 19 in the completely renovated and expanded McGill Stadium.

The Als' regular season will begin Thursday, July 1 at 7 p.m., with a Grey Cup re-match as they visit the Roughriders at Regina's Mosaic Stadium (RDS HD, TSN HD, NRJ, CJAD 800).
