
Alouettes to act as Big Brothers

Montreal, December 13, 2004 - The Montreal Alouettes' organization is well known for the quality of its recruiting and for its long-term vision. This holiday season, Alouettes players have taken over and will act as big brothers to kids who need their company on Saturday, Dec. 18, from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Anthony Calvillo, Barron Miles, Uzooma Okeke and Luke Fritz will be visiting the Big Brothers Big Sisters' young members, including ones who still may no have a big brother or a big sister.
The activity will include the distribution of gifts in a holiday atmosphere (music, decorations and food). Players will be available for autographs and photos and will be helping with the gift distribution.
The party will be held in the agency's offices, located at 3740 Berri, 3rd floor (corner of Roy).
Haiti
The Montreal Alouettes cheerleaders announced that part of the profits of their October calendar sales have been donated to CECI, an organism that has been helping the Haitian people for 37 years.
