
Alouettes place Brandon Whitaker on six-game injured list

Montreal, October 10, 2014 - The Montreal Alouettes announced on Friday that running back Brandon Whitaker has been placed on the six-game injured list.
Whitaker, who currently ranks second in the CFL with 764 rushing yards, injured his left foot during an off-field workout on Wednesday. His injury won't require surgery, but is significant enough that he will be out of the lineup for an extended amount of time.
