
Alouettes golf tournament a success

Montreal, Sept. 19, 2006 - The Montreal Alouettes organization is proud to announce that the 2006 Golf tournament, presented by the Montreal Casino, was an overall success.
Held for the first time at the club de Golf Glendale, the Alouettes raised $38,000 for the Success for Youth Foundation, a group which encourages high-school kids throughout the province to stay in school.
The Alouettes' sponsors and partners played a round of golf and had dinner with the Alouettes' players, cheerleaders and executives on both 18-hole golf courses of Glendale.
All profits of auctions and contests went toward the Success for Youth Foundation. A total of 230 participants played in the tournament.
