
All-Star Classic Alumni rosters named
January 20, 2006 - International Hockey League 2 (IHL 2) News Release
LAKE ST. LOUIS, MO--- The United Hockey League (UHL) announced Friday the alumni players scheduled to appear at the 2006 UHL All-Star Classic. A team comprised of St. Louis Blues Alumni will play a UHL Commissioner's Team prior to the UHL All-Star Game. The puck is set to drop at 6:00 PM CST for this game.
ST. LOUIS BLUES ALUMNI ROSTER:
Bruce Affleck (coach) - Blues defenseman (1974-79). Current Vice President of Sales for the Blues.
Jeff Brown - Blues defenseman (1989-94).
Paul Cavallini - Blues defenseman (1989-93).
Blake Dunlop - Blues forward (1979-84).
Darin Kimble - Blues center (1990-92). Missouri River Otters (1999-2002).
Neil Komadoski - Blues defenseman (1977-80)
Larry Patey - Blues center (1975-84).
Mark Reeds - Blues forward (1981-87). Current head coach of Kalamazoo Wings (UHL).
Dwight Schofield - Blues defenseman (1983-85).
Perry Turnbull - Blues forward (1979-84, 1987-88).
John Wensink - Blues left wing (1973-74). Assistant coach for Missouri River Otters (2003-04).
Rick Zombo - Blues defenseman (1991-95).
Bill Muller - Local police officer. Served as a back-up goaltender this season for Blues AHL affiliate, Peoria Rivermen.

Steve Levy (coach) - ESPN anchor and co-owner of the Adirondack Frostbite (UHL).
Todd Brost - Won Silver Medal with Canadian National Team in 1992 Olympics. Former coach of Elmira Jackals (UHL)
Kiley Hill - Played for the Missouri River Otters (1999-2001, 2002-04)
Brad Jones - NHL player and UHL coach. Currently UHL VP of Hockey Operations
Kevin Kaminski - NHL player and AHL Calder Cup Champion (1994). Current head coach of the Missouri River Otters
Kevin Kerr - All-Time Leading Goal Scorer in minor professional hockey history. Current head coach of North Bay Skyhawks (NOJHL).
Mitch Lamoureux - NHL player and ninth on AHL All-Time Scoring list. Served as UHL VP of Hockey Operations for four seasons.
Lonnie Loach - NHL player and AHL Calder Cup Champion (1992). Played and coached for the Missouri River Otters
Marty Melnychuk - Played for the Missouri River Otters (2001-03).
Todd Nelson - NHL player and AHL Calder Cup Champion (1994). Current head coach of the Muskegon Fury (UHL).
Robbie Nichols - AHL Calder Cup Champion (1989) and current head coach of the Richmond RiverDogs (UHL).
Darren Pang - NHL goaltender and ESPN hockey analyst. Current television color analyst for the Phoenix Coyotes (NHL).
Bobby Reynolds - NCAA Hockey Champion (1986), NHL player, and UHL player. Current head coach of the Flint Generals (UHL).
The jerseys worn during the alumni game will be placed in an online auction, via the UHL website, following the All-Star Classic with the proceeds going to St. Louis Children's Hospital programs and services.
The 2006 UHL All-Star Classic is being hosted by the Missouri River Otters on Wednesday, January 25th, 2006 at the Family Arena in St. Charles, Missouri. Players representing all 14 UHL Member Clubs will participate in the annual hockey event.
The United Hockey League is celebrating its 15th season. The league is comprised of 14 Member Clubs competing in seven states. The Missouri River Otters are in their seventh season in the UHL and play their home games at the beautiful Family Arena in St. Charles, Missouri.
