Rallo was a member of the Steelheads 2007 Kelly Cup Championship team, where he scored three game-winning goals in the Kelly Cup Finals against the Dayton Bombers. On May 25th, 2007 Rallo became the 12th player in ECHL history to record a hat trick in the Kelly Cup Finals with a three-goal performance in Game Two of the Finals. Rallo played four years of Division I college hockey for Ferris State University, helping the Bulldogs win the 2002-03 CCHA regular season championship and reach the quarterfinals of the NCAA Tournament.

Fox, 23, recorded three points (2 goals, 1 assist) and had 19 penalty minutes in eight games for Albany since being originally called up on January 11th. Fox, in his second year pro, recorded an assist in his Albany and AHL debut on January 11th at Portland and then scored his first career AHL goal on January 12th against Worcester at the Times Union Center. His second career AHL goal came as the game-winner against Hershey on January 18th, helping the River Rats snap a 13-game home losing streak to the Bears.

The River Rats are back in action on Friday, February 1st against their I-90 rivals, the Syracuse Crunch at 7:00 pm at the Times Union Center. Albany will be looking to snap a current four-game losing skid against Syracuse as well as break ahead of the logjam in the East Division standings.
