AirHogs to Salute Twinkies This Saturday

Grand Prairie, TX. The Grand Prairie AirHogs return to QuikTrip Park this Friday against cross-town rival, the Fort Worth Cats, for a fun-filled weekend packed with an array of wacky promotions and super-savings! From FreeStuff Friday's Gym Bag Giveaway to Saturday Fireworks and $1 hotdogs and sodas on Family Sunday---the excitement lasts throughout the entire three-game series.

The much-anticipated "Salute To Twinkies" on Saturday night will feature a night of tribute to the tasty treat during between-innings contests and promotions in honor of Interstate Bakeries Corporation's recent move to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Friday June 26th will feature another FreeStuff Friday offering the 1,500 fans through the gates an AirHogs souvenir gym bag courtesy of Red Dog Studios. Family Sunday will round out the weekend with pre-game catch on the field, post-game kids-run-the-bases, and $1 hotdogs and sodas all night long.

The ‘Hogs take on the cross-town rival, the Fort Worth Cats for the third series match-up this season, The Cats, currently atop the South Division standings, lead the series 4-3 over the second place AirHogs.
