Grand Prairie, TX (06.20.08) - The Grand Prairie AirHogs benefited on three errors by the Shreveport Sports on Friday night, two of which led to unearned runs as they got their fourth straight win, 3-2.

David Espinosa blasted a homerun to right field in the AirHog's very first at-bat, giving Grand Prairie the early 1-0 lead.

The AirHogs added another run in the bottom of the fourth. Brandon Carter scored on an errant double play attempt for the Sports. The AirHogs responded in the bottom of the seventh inning with two outs. Noel Trevino reached on a single and stole second. Edwin Maldonado hit a grounder to third base that Bobby Bratton saw go through his legs, allowing Trevino to score the go-ahead run on the fielding error.

Vinnie DeChristofaro (2-0) earned the victory pitching 1.1 innings with two hits and one strikeout with two walks. James Morrison notched his seventh save by pitching a scoreless ninth inning.
