After Tough Road Trip Snakes Prep for Two at Home

February 11, 2014 - SPHL (SPHL)
Columbus Cottonmouths News Release

COLUMBUS, Ga. - The Columbus Cottonmouths returned home on Sunday afternoon from a tough three-game road trip where they suffered three one-goal losses, one at the hands of the Knoxville Ice Bears on Thursday night and back-to-back one-goal defeats on Friday and Saturday against the Peoria Rivermen. The Snakes return home for a pair of games this weekend to rebound from an 0-3-1 start to February after a stellar 7-2-1 mark in January. In fact, twelve of Columbus's final 18 games will be played in the friendly confines of the Columbus Civic Center. Two of those home games are this weekend as they host Knoxville on Friday night and Louisiana on Saturday. All games are broadcast on America One Networks with both a video and audio feed, with a nominal fee for each game. A free audio-only webcast of the games is also available. Details can be found at www.cottonmouths.com.
