
Aeros to host Inaugural Hockey Day in Houston on January 20

HOUSTON, Texas - The Houston Aeros will host the Inaugural Hockey Day in Houston on Sunday, January 20 beginning at 10:30 a.m. at Toyota Center. The day will feature over eight hours of hockey entertainment including the Sixth Annual Interscholastic Hockey League (ISHL) Senior Games, a Houston Aeros game, intermission demonstrations by the ISHL players and a post-Aeros game ISHL skills competition.
The first of two ISHL Senior games will begin at 10:30 a.m. The second of the two games is scheduled to begin at 11:45 a.m. Between the four teams, 60-skaters will be participating, more than any previous ISHL Senior game. The Houston Aeros will follow with a 4:05 p.m. game against the Hamilton Bulldogs. Immediately after the Aeros game there will be an ISHL skills competition featuring over 70 all-star selections from around the ISHL.
The ISHL Seniors' games are free for everyone and the skills competitions are free for those in attendance at the Houston Aeros contest. For ticketing and additional information about the event please click here.

The 60 seniors will represent each of the 15 teams that make up the varsity teams of the ISHL. The teams are listed as follows:
