- Set a career-high with 10 strikeouts July 11th, the first Aero to reach double-digit strikeouts since Scott Lewis 8/4/08

- Earned his first win in over a month in his last start, and was just 1-1 in July despite a 2.38 ERA and a 35:5 K:BB ratio in 34.0 IP

- Excellent command pitcher has issued just eight walks while striking out 48 in his last 10 starts (46.2 IP)

- Throws a four-seam fastball between 86-90 mph, plus a curve, slider, and changeup

- Aeros are 8-7 when Edell starts
