Admirals to Battle Houston in West Division Finals

Milwaukee, WI - The Milwaukee Admirals will battle the Houston Aeros in the Calder Cup Playoffs' West Division Finals beginning with game one this Thursday, April 30th at 7:00 pm at the Bradley Center. The series is a rematch of the West Division Finals from 2006 when the Admirals swept the Aeros in four games on their way to the Calder Cup Finals.

The Admirals finished the regular season with a 49-22-3-6 record and 107 points and then swept the Rockford IceHogs four games to none in the first round of the playoffs. Houston ended the year in third place in the West Division with a 38-31-2-9 mark and 87 points and then topped Peoria in seven games to advance to face the Ads. The two teams squared off six times during the regular season with the Admirals posting a 3-3 mark against the Aeros.
