Milwaukee Admirals News Release
Milwaukee, WI-The Milwaukee Admirals continue their three-game homestand, their only home games during the month of November, with a pair of games this weekend beginning Friday night at 7:00 pm versus the Peoria Rivermen.
On Friday, the team is again honored to offer a free ticket in the Bow section to all veterans and active military personnel. In order to receive their ticket veterans should bring their military ID, American Legion or VFW Card, or a copy of the DD214 form to the Admirals office during regular business hours or to the Bradley Center Box office prior to the game. There is a limit of one ticket per veteran. This is the sixth consecutive season that the Admirals have made the offer in conjunction with Veterans Day.
The Admirals will also honor Jonathan Green, retiring 620 WTMJ radio legend, who served in the US Army and has been an active voice in veterans affairs for many years. He will drop a ceremonial opening puck and take on Sports Central host Bill Michaels in the Uncle Ben's Human Hockey Puck during the second intermission.
Friday is also camera night, where all fans can come on to the Bradley Center ice after the game to get pictures taken with their favorite Admirals players. Plus, the game is another edition of Fridays on Fridays, a new seating section the Admirals and Friday's Front Row at Miller Park have joined forces to offer. At every Friday home, all the seats in section 221, rows S-Z are just $16 and that includes a free appetizer from Friday's Front Row at Miller Park!
While the Admirals players don't have a game on Saturday, the front office will be open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm for fans to grab tickets for Sunday's 4:00 pm game against the Chicago Wolves. Sunday is The Private Bank/Time Warner Cable Family Day where fans can get four tickets, four sodas, and four hot dogs for just $44. Plus, after the game fans are encouraged to take a lap around the Bradley Center ice on The Private Bank/Time Warner Cable Family Skate.
The Admirals are also celebrating the 30th anniversary of the television show Dallas (timely considering Green Bay's opponent on Sunday night) with a special guest appearance by Charlene Tilton, who played Lucy Ewing on the famed TV drama. Tilton will be on hand to sign autographs and greet fans behind section 203 until the end of the first intermission.
In addition, Sunday afternoon the Admirals and 102.9 The Hog will team up for the annual Rock Hunger Day. Fans bringing in a non-perishable food item will receive a voucher good for a free Bow ticket to a future Admirals home game and the chance for additional discounted tickets. There is a limit of one voucher per person.
Fans can purchase tickets for one of this weekend's games, any Admirals game, by calling Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000 or logging on to milwaukeeadmirals.com.
